Remote Keyboard

Each optional remote Keyboard or pedal board has two connectors. All remote units are serially linked and connect to the PRISM's main console.

The PRISM accepts either 110 or 220 input voltage; a lighted power switch indicates when it is on. There are two main console connectors and two connectors for expanding to another electronics enclosure. (! - Ed.) Four audio output jacks are controlled by the quad switch-matrix section.

So there you have it. One of the most amazing keyboards to ever be engineered, it's such a shame that it never got its fair shake. Who knows, maybe with technology making design, engineering, and manufacturing so much cheaper than it was 17 years ago, this puppy will see a rebirth. Imagine features like sampling, MIDI, velocity & aftertouch, SCSI or hard-disk storage added to its already powerful synthesis engine. It wouldn't be hard to do, I'm sure, and the price would probably be where we normal (for musicians, that is) folk could afford it.

all know how we afficionados can be: We can bug somebody to death about
